Powertoolmate does not take any responsibility for any faults developing after 30 days. This means you need to contact the manufacturer and take the item yourself to the closest repair center. For De Walt repair centers are quite scarce so despite living in London I now have to drive over an hour to get my item to a repair center. Will certainly not buy from this retailer again...

This company has tried on 3 separate occasions to deliver a working Milwaukee bare unit combination M18 Drill. Delivery one. The torque dial for the screwdriver would not rotate. Delivery 2. This item did not look new. Delivery 3. This item had a faulty speed selector switch. All items returned and gave up trying to resolve a simple issue. JUST SEND A NEW WORKING UNIT. Couldn’t be easier could it !!!Full refund given quickly hence you get two stars. Customer contact was rude. Will not use again.

Just brought a Milwaukee midtorx case and sleeve no one was even close to their price . Used them a lot over the years never ever had a problem with delivery quality of tools always worth a look at their prices thanks mr Slater chesterfield

It sells the best power tools in the business and with very competitive pricing often under cutting its competitors.There is a good Facebook page Ran by Nathan Cox which has a massive following. Lots of banter, and help can be found here.I wouldn't purchase from anyone else now.Use them you won't regret it !!

Super price, super fast delivery. Contacted customer support with an email enquiry - quick response. Only read the negative reviews after I placed the order - for me could not have been better

I bought the DeWalt pole hedge trimmer. I am a professional garden designer. It arrived with a broken safety catch. I did not spot this for a couple of weeks due to it being a really small component and a delayed use due to weather. In short I have not been able to use the tool and power tool mate refused a return. I would urge any professional to avoid this company. Time is money and I have needed to send back to DeWalt for repair. In the mean time an interim tool has been purchased. My advice for pricey DeWalt tools is go to Screwfix.

Terrible customer service. I Bought a makita sds drill which stopped hammering after 10 months. I then Contacted Power tool mate by email and was instructed to download a returns form and post the drill back to them. After nearly 2 weeks I tracked the parcel and learnt that they had received it 1 week ago yet I had heard nothing. I then decided to contact them to be told that I had to send it to makita. They had made a mistake and thought that when I said I had bought it In November that I meant this year even though it was October when I emailed them ?‍♂️Will not be buying from here again.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!I ordered a drill kit and a spare battery (2 separate orders) from their website and a circular saw from their eBay store.Instead of the drill, they sent me an impact driver. I contacted them several times and eventually organised collection. Collection was extremeley unreliable, so I ended up having to post it and pay for return postage as they didn't turn up on the days that collection was organised.The base of the circular saw was scratched, so I contacted them via eBay to try to resolve the situation but never got a response. eBay had to step and and instructed me to return the saw.It has taken over 4 weeks and 6+ phonecalls just to get a partial refund for the drill (impact driver!) and battery...the situation is still ongoing!I had to get eBay involved just to get some of my money back for the circular saw.Another worrying thing is when you return the items and pay for tracking...you have a tracking receipt and therefore proof that the items were received at their end but they claim they don't have it!I will NEVER use powertoolmate again and will make sure that anyone and everyone I deal with knows that they are thieves!!

A few low reviews on here, but I have nothing but good things to say about Powertoolmate. Bought an item, delivered quickly, but it wasn't right (my fault, I chose the wrong model!). Returned and refunded very swiftly.To the guy who says about his order arriving via another company - I think you might find that Powertoolmate is an online trading name of Westward Building Services! :-)

Bought 2 Milwaukee battery's off powertoolmate,one was faulty so I sent it straight back to them, didn't get a reply, tried emailing,phoning and messaging them through Instagram no reply. Eventually spoke to someone about 3 months of trying. He told me that if I couldn't prove I'd sent it back there was nothing he could do. Basically calling me a liar. Extremely disappointed with them as I have spent a lot of money over the past few years with them. I would suggest that if you are going to shop here go through their eBay shop, then eBay will fight your corner for you. Howard Betteridge
